Juliya is proficient across a variety of issues relating to clean water and air, renewable energy, hydrogen, and nuclear. She focuses on regulatory developments at the Environmental Protection Agency, the Department of Energy, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, and others. She drafted legislation, led hearings, and advised members of Congress on practical implications of current events as the landscape of environmental law evolved. Additionally, while serving as Attorney-Advisor at the EPA in the Office of the Administrator, she gained a unique understanding of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and its application to information investigations and requests.

While in law school, Juliya was Articles Editor for The Kentucky Journal of Equine, Agriculture, and Natural Resources and served as a chair for the Moot Court Board, earning rank in a national competition.
