Mathilde Grammont is an associate with our Paris Intellectual Property team. Mathilde works in every field of intellectual property law: trademarks, patents, copyright, designs, trade secrets and unfair competition, focusing on both multi-jurisdictional contentious and non-contentious matters.
She holds an LLM in Intellectual property and Information Technology from King’s College London and completed a Master’s degree program in New technologies at the University of Paris Panthéon-Assas.
Mathilde gained experience in the area in a middle-sized French law firm where she assisted clients in contentious and non-contentious matters and trained in the legal department of a big multinational company where she dealt with strategic R&D contracts entered into with private and state-owned organisations.
Mathilde enrolled in the firm’s Paris-London internship program in 2018, training first in the London Intellectual property team and then in its Paris counterpart which she finally joined as associate.
