Some of the clients that Graciela advises include entities from the insurance, banking, pharmaceutical sectors as well as providers of services of the information society and technological platforms.
In addition, Graciela has experience in advising both international and local companies before the Spanish Data Protection Agency (in particular, in the context of sanctioning proceedings) and other administrative bodies, as well as judicial bodies.
