As an associate in our Intellectual Property, Information Technology, Media and Data Protection practice, Graciela advices clients on matters concerning privacy, data protection, e-commerce, cybersecurity, intellectual property, software contracts and telecommunications. 

Some of the clients that Graciela advises include entities from the insurance, banking or pharmaceutical sectors as well as information society services providers and technological platforms.

In addition, Graciela has experience in advising both international and local companies before the Spanish Data Protection Agency (in particular, in the context of sanctioning proceedings) and other administrative bodies, as well as judicial bodies.

Advising national and international companies on the implementation of standard contractual clauses and binding corporate rules (BCR) for international data transfers.

Advising several companies in data protection proceedings before the Spanish Data Protection Agency and other administrative and judicial bodies.

Advising national and international companies on the fulfilment of e-privacy requirements set forth in the relevant local laws (advertising, cookies, etc.), in conjunction with the GDPR.

Advising national and international clients in relation to IPMT and data protection due diligence processes.
