I have been working in the Corporate Transactional department in Rome since 2014. I mainly work on cross-border business transactions, from due-diligence to closing, and handling of claims; I also provide assistance in corporate governance issues.

When I joined the Corporate Department of the Milan office back in 2012 I was impressed by the pleasant and friendly environment. My new colleagues welcomed me warmly and I felt immediately as part of a team. Not only I met extremely skilled and bright professionals, but also nice and quality people to work with, which I think is significantly important when you spend most of the day at your working place.

I am Counsel of our Employment Team in Rome and I assist clients in all aspects of employment law, also with regard to transnational issues.

Just after my graduation, I was quite determined to work in the field of administrative law, a topic on which most of my university studies had focused, in a dynamic and international environment. I first got in touch with Hogan Lovells nearly by accident, when I read in the newspaper of a job ad for a professional role which seemed to be perfectly tailored to my needs.
