Our partners have been practicing law locally for more than 20 years, which means our connections here are deep. We leverage these established local relationships and work collaboratively with our offices worldwide to serve local, national, and international clients in the construction, energy, finance, health, hotel and hospitality, insurance, manufacturing, semiconductor, software, real estate, and technology sectors.

The facts about Colorado Springs

  • We’re a small, close-knit team with three partners and two associates, which offers the opportunity for more substantive work and regular contact with partners, clients, and the courts.
  • Together with the Denver office, we’re consistently ranked among the top Colorado firms by Chambers USA for Corporate/M&A and Litigation.
  • Our office space boasts direct, unobstructed views of Pikes Peak, and we’re within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, shopping, gyms, and more.
  • Colorado Springs is consistently rated highly in the U.S. News and World Report analysis of metro areas for desirability, job market, and high quality of life.
  • We like to be social – we gather to celebrate individual birthdays with homemade goodies, host informal happy hours bi-monthly, and enjoy annual summer and holiday gatherings with our colleagues and families.

Our pro bono work

We handled a personal injury case on behalf of a young girl who was hit by a car and sustained life-altering injuries. The driver’s insurance company offered policy limits, and we were able to persuade the health insurance company to not pursue its subrogation rights against the award. We also helped the family establish a trust for the proceeds to help with her future medical costs.

We volunteer for the El Paso County Bar Foundation’s “Call-A-Lawyer” clinic the third Thursday of each month. Through these clinics, people unable to afford representation can obtain free, confidential legal advice. We were recognized by the El Paso County Bar Association’s Pikes Peak Pro Bono Project for our long-standing commitment to hosting and participating in this program.

Our community outreach

We raise funds for the Emily Griffith CHINS-Up Program, supporting their onsite school with monetary donations and school supplies annually. During the holidays, we also fill stockings for residents of their boys’ lodges, which house older teen boys who have aged out of the foster system.

We partner with a local church to provide donated Panera bread to children in need at the adjacent school so they have food to eat over the weekend.
