A community comes together when you share and value different perspectives. Ours is a community of all kinds of lifestyles and all kinds of needs. We know that the only way to foster that is to be flexible. Our Global Agile Working Initiative allows legal professionals and professional services team members the opportunity to create a unique agile working plan that can include remote working, reduced hours, staggered arrival and departure times, job sharing, and/or telecommuting. We work with our people on a case-by-case basis to make sure you can thrive as an individual within our rich network.

We’ve earned 100% on the Human Rights Campaign’s Best Places to Work Corporate Equality Index Report for 10 years in a row.

We have a Global Diversity and Inclusion Committee, as well as 10 regional diversity teams throughout the world.

We were named Most Inclusive Firm for Minority Lawyers by Chambers and Partners for our continued dedication to representing and promoting opportunities for minority lawyers.

We launched our Pride+ network in May 2017 to show our solidarity with the LGBTQ community and to demonstrate that our colleagues are respected, embraced, and supported wherever they are in the world.
