My first year with Hogan Lovells was more demanding and more rewarding than I could’ve imagined. Since then, my career has taken a path I couldn’t have predicted – and I’m constantly offered new challenges that are geared toward my strengths and interests.

And at Hogan Lovells, not a day goes by without someone saying “thank you.” That may seem small, but it’s not the culture everywhere. You can’t put a price on being truly appreciated for your hard work and dedication.

It’s difficult to put into words the level of collegiality that cuts across the entire Hogan Lovells community. I have the pleasure of interacting with people at every level across the firm. The level of care and support shared by people here is extraordinary.

As our Regional Associate Recruitment Manager, I work to ensure the firm draws top talent. In addition to the relationships, probably the most important factor for me is having the certainty that I’m able to represent Hogan Lovells honestly and with pride in recruiting law students and new associates.
