I know that when I struggle with certain projects, there are several people I can go to for assistance. This helps me achieve success, because teamwork is necessary to ensure that meetings and events run smoothly.

I saw that Hogan Lovells would be a place that I could grow in my career – and I have. There are certain attributes that have helped me succeed here: flexibility, attention to detail, anticipation of needs, organization, and energy.

A common mindset

In my position, I’m lucky to be able to work and have fun at the same time. I’ve handled many events over the past five years, and the highlight for me was the carnival we put on in the atrium of our New York office for Business Services Appreciation Week. Everyone had an amazing time, and it was so much fun to plan. We also had a karaoke happy hour that week, and it was great to see all the lawyers getting involved and singing some of their favorite songs.
