Enter a dynamic where your voice is always heard

Deep relationships

Management here takes the time to get to know you on a personal level. There is rarely a time when they don’t have an open door if you need to discuss a matter, related to work or not. Your opinion is always heard and taken into consideration.

On completion of my interviews with the firm, I knew Hogan Lovells would be a great fit. The people I met really made me feel at ease. Upon joining, I experienced that same warmth and an environment that shows respect to all employees, regardless of their position or background. The people you work with on a daily basis make this not only feel like a great place to work, but they come to be your second family. I enjoy seeing them on a daily basis.

Professional expertise

I’m the Head of Global Finance Systems and resident in our Washington, D.C., office. Here, it’s my job to oversee the operational aspects of the various systems used by our Finance department. I’m also an active supporter of the firm’s Citizenship initiatives.

A common mindset

Many of our corporate responsibility programs create a great place for team building. It not only makes you proud to work at Hogan Lovells, but also proud of what the firm does for the community.

I’ve been involved in two such projects. Rebuilding Together gave the firm an opportunity to assist a senior citizen in need by helping make necessary repairs at her home. I also participated in a charity Wii bowling tournament that really created a great sense of competition, at both bowling and fundraising. Everyone wanted to be the best and raise the most money for very worthwhile charities!
