Drive your own dynamic growth

Personal growth

I've found the work I'm presented with to be consistently challenging, and Hogan Lovells has never spared any expense in providing terrific opportunities for professional growth through technical education conferences and events. That’s vital to those in the IT profession.

High-quality opportunities

I was excited to learn about an opening in the firm’s Information Services Department. The nature of the position – the technology being used, the skills required, and the role within the team – meant it was a perfect fit. The prospect of working for this particular enterprise also appealed to me. Private firms are characteristically great employers, and the century-plus history of the firm offered a measure of stability that would be hard to match.

Hogan Lovells is always sponsoring worthy charitable activities, from donation drives at the office, to participation in marathons and similar events outside the office. Many of the departments regularly organize informal social events, such as potlucks. All of this offers a wide variety of opportunities for team building, and there’s something to interest everyone.

A common mindset

The atmosphere is a great blend of professionalism and camaraderie, and this is set from the top. I'm often surprised when managers of large departments, even those separate from my own, know my name and say hello in the hallway.

The team I work with is one of the most culturally diverse groups imaginable. If we have one commonality though, it’s that everyone is an expert in their field. No matter who you're working with, you never need to doubt their knowledge or capability.
