Alexandra Bakhtiozina

I joined Hogan Lovells IPMT team in 2014 as an intern and was promoted to an associate position in 2017.

On a day-to-day basis I work with IP matters both litigious and non-litigious with a specific focus on trademarks and patents.

I have found that at Hogan Lovells, the projects I work on are both complex and interesting. Additionally, the clients I have worked with are highly diverse. I work with experienced and approachable colleagues who always take time to explain to me any aspects of my work that need clarifying, they are supportive and want me to succeed.

One of the most unique aspects of the culture at Hogan Lovells is the way people are collaborative and supportive. Given the global reach of the firm this is particularly impressive.
It is possible to work with a range of different colleagues in offices all over the world and experience the same level of collaboration and supportiveness as I do in my own office. I value the level of respect with which everyone in the firm treats each other. This makes Hogan Lovells a great place for professional and personal development.
