Andrew Gilbert

Andrew Gilbert advises public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, spin-offs, and the various related matters associated with such transactions. He is an organized and responsive team player who helps clients get deals done.

Andrew chose to join the corporate transactional team because it is the apex of where business meets the law. It is a stimulating area in which to practice because he gets to learn about a wide array of businesses and industries and help companies navigate the law while delivering advice that makes a day-to-day impact. Andrew has a sense of commitment and ownership over a project that sets him apart. He knows how to break down complex projects and tasks into easily digestible action plans.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Andrew focused primarily on private equity transactions and corporate services related to the ongoing operations of the related portfolio companies.
