Victor Ghazal advises clients in the private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and securities spaces. Victor devotes a significant amount of time to the fund formation practice, where he is dedicated to providing clients with creative, robust, and collaborative solutions.

Victor has experience helping private equity, SBIC, venture capital, real estate, debt, energy, infrastructure, impact, cryptocurrency, and hedge fund sponsors navigate an array of formation, fundraising, operation, and regulatory matters. He also counsels university endowments, DFIs, sovereign wealth funds, public and private pensions, foundations, mutual funds, and other institutional investors on fund agreement reviews, side letter negotiations, and limited partner transfers.

While in law school, Victor served as an articles editor to the Michigan Business & Entrepreneurial Law Review. During his undergraduate studies, Victor published scholarship in Cornell's The Visible Hand business journal and was awarded the Gilbert DeBartolo Memorial Prize for excellence in economics research.

Victor has a passion for pro bono and community engagement. He actively seeks ways to use his experience to assist and empower others.
