As part of the Hogan Lovells International Arbitration team, Nicole Geldenhuys advises clients in complex and high-value international arbitration proceedings, as well as on public international law issues.
Acting for States and businesses, Nicole has represented clients in international disputes under the ICSID, UNCITRAL and LCIA rules, as well as in litigation in the English courts. She has experience across a wide range of industry sectors, including mining, oil and gas, media, telecommunications and financial services.
Prior to joining the International Arbitration team, Nicole was seconded for six months to a leading financial institution, where she gained first-hand insight into the challenging disputes faced by multinational businesses.
