With a core focus on the infrastructure, energy, resources, and projects markets, Gary's experience ranges from representing one of the largest developers of solar photovoltaic projects to working with utilities and developers on natural gas (and other conventional fuel projects), as well as hydroelectricity, biomass, and wind energy, domestically and abroad. He has structured and drafted agreements for a variety of mergers and acquisitions transactions, project development, real estate transactions, restructuring activities, and financing transactions. Gary is also versed in structuring and drafting agreements for a variety of consulting services, contracting services, and construction agreements. Gary's practice includes representing one of the largest mitigation bankers in the United States.

A lifelong Marylander, Gary is committed to the community. He teaches business planning at his alma mater, University of Baltimore School of Law, and commits his pro bono practice to the local community. Prior to law school, Gary was an AmeriCorps volunteer and service coordinator, supporting and empowering at-risk youth in Baltimore. While in law school, Gary honed his project management and legal skills by serving as editor-in-chief of the University of Baltimore Law Forum and published a Law Forum article on foreclosure defenses.
