Amanda Garger advises clients on a broad range of corporate and securities matters, including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and securities reporting.

Her experience includes working with public and private corporations, as well as private equity funds and their portfolio companies, on all stages of various corporate transactions, including drafting and negotiating definitive documentation related to such transactions.

In her securities practice, Amanda represents a variety of public company clients in connection with securities transactions and compliance matters, including ongoing reporting obligations under U.S. securities laws and regulations.

Amanda recently held an advisory seat on the board of the Philadelphia chapter of Court Appointed Special Advocates, and while in law school served as senior staff writer at the Villanova Law Review.
