Whether giving strategic advice to brand owners on their anti-counterfeiting programs or fighting knock-off products in court, Friederike Schubert enjoys combining, for the benefit of our clients her dedication to the protection of IP rights with her knowledge of foreign Laws and languages. From our office in Hamburg, Germany, she defends in close collaboration with her colleagues in the other Hogan Lovells offices trademarks, designs and copyrights across borders in the European Union and beyond.
Friederike has an abundance of experience in shaping customs monitoring applications in a smart way and implementing them efficiently across the European Union. If the case turns litigious, she employs her comprehensive experience in conducting IP infringement proceedings, recovering assets from the infringers and representing brand owners in criminal proceedings particularly relating to the consumer goods and automotive industry.
Friederike graduated in Law in Germany, the United Kingdom and France and is fluent in German, English and French.
