Franziska Giosele advises German and international clients on product liability, product safety and product compliance law. Her focus lies on the automotive, consumer goods, electronics and energy industries. She is particularly experienced in product launches, legal reconditioning of product liability cases, as well as the coordination of global product safety measures.

Franziska advises companies on the launch of their innovative products with a particular focus on the certification, information, labelling and packaging requirements, as well as the creation of user and safety guides before market placement.

Furthermore, Franziska has contributed to the resolution of a wide range of product crises by coordinating global product safety actions. She handles authority notifications and drafts customer and media communication. She has assisted clients with products-related matters in over 30 jurisdictions.

Franziska also helps clients with legal reconditioning of product liability and product safety issues. She helps clients developing and implementing preventive compliance strategies and improving internal processes to increase product safety and quality.
