From high-stakes business disputes to class action defense, Josh Fordin is a zealous advocate for clients facing the prospect of trial. Litigation causes problems, and Josh is a meticulous problem solver who aggressively pursues solutions on his clients' behalf.

Josh focuses his practice on complex domestic and international litigation with an emphasis on high-value business disputes, Ponzi-scheme related litigation, contract claims, and class action defense. He has experience in both state and federal court, and has assisted clients hailing from a wide range of industries, including real estate, finance, pharmaceuticals, transportation, health care, technology, and even professional sports. Josh also has experience representing high-net-worth clients in family and closely held business disputes arising from divorce.

Regardless of industry, Josh dedicates himself to learning his clients' businesses and developing strategies to achieve their litigation goals.

Josh is also a member of the Board of Trustees governing Keiser University and is the youngest member currently serving on the board. With an approximate enrollment of 20,000 students, Keiser University is ranked #11 among all national universities as a Top Performer on Social Mobility in the 2021 U.S. News & World Report.

Josh earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he graduated magna cum laude and was awarded the G. Newton Greene Memorial Prize. He also served as a senior editor on the University of Pennsylvania Law Review and was named to the Order of the Coif, an honor bestowed upon the top 10% of the graduating class.
