Dr. Florian Stoll

Florian Stoll has been an associate in Hogan Lovells' Hamburg office since 2015 and is a member of the IPMT – IP, Media & Technology practice group.

He specializes in intellectual property law, in particular trademarks and unfair competition. His work primarily includes the conduct of trademark infringement proceedings, in particular with international relations, as well as office procedures before the German Patent and Trademark office and the German Federal Patent Court. Moreover, Florian provides extrajudicial legal consulting in trademark and unfair competition issues.

Florian studied law at the University of Hamburg with a focus on European and International Law. During his legal traineeship at the Higher District Court of Hamburg, he has been working, inter alia, for an international law firm in the field of antitrust law and the German consulate in Milan. After his legal traineeship, he wrote a dissertation on civil procedural law under the supervision of Prof. Reinhard Bork at the University of Hamburg.

Florian is a member of the German Association for the Protection of Industrial Property and Copyright (GRUR).
