Ciaran Fitzgerald-Morgan trained in London and Tokyo before returning to London as an associate. Having advised clients in the Asia-Pacific region, Europe, and the United States on a range of multi-jurisdictional transactions, Ciaran is well-positioned to deliver clear advice to clients on international deals.

Ciaran advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate real estate, equity raisings, and commercial matters.

Ciaran studied English literature and history at the University of Leeds before completing both his Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course at The University of Law London Moorgate.

Advised Impossible Ventures on its participation in artificial intelligence (AI) tech start-up ViSenze's US$20m Series C funding round, alongside Gobi Partners, Sonae IM, and Rakuten Ventures.

Advised LeapFrog Investments on its US$12m investment in Softlogic Life Insurance PLC in Sri Lanka, purchasing the shares of FMO, the Dutch Development Bank.

Advised Old Mutual Wealth's Single Strategy management team on its £600m buyout with TA Associates of Old Mutual Wealth's Single Strategy asset management business.*

Advised Korea Investment Management (KIM) on its c.£200m purchase of Grade A office and retail development 70 Mark Lane in the City of London.*

Advised private equity firm Agilitas on its buyout of Hydro International, a global provider of products, services, and technology for the wastewater and stormwater industry.*

Advised China General Nuclear Power on its c.£6 billion investment into Hinkley Point C, the largest ever in-bound investment by China into the United Kingdom.*

Advised Nexans France on the acquisition of 100 percent of Nippon High Voltage Cable Corp. in Japan and the dissolution of the previous joint venture.*

Advised the Framestore film group on the sale of 75 percent of shares to Ithink International Cultural Investment, a subsidiary of Shanghai-listed Cultural Investment Holdings.*

Advised BAML in relation to the £53m recommended cash takeover of FreeAgent Holdings plc by the Royal Bank of Scotland Group.*

Advised Jefferies Group in relation to a private placement of 2.25 million shares by the Euronext Amsterdam/Brussels-listed biopharmaceutical company  Kiadis Pharma, for €18m.*
