Felix Wilking advises national and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law. His practice in particular includes all aspects and implications regarding the establishment and termination of employment relationships and the corporate codetermination and employee representation on board-level.

Felix studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich, Germany, and the University of Castilla la Mancha, Spain, focusing on international law. He holds an LL.M. in dispute resolution from the University of Cape Town. During his legal traineeship he worked, inter alia, in the Human Resources department of a public hospital in Berlin.
