Felix Nehm advises national and international companies, most of which are Fortune 500 and DAX 30 clients, on questions of corporate compliance as well as administrative and criminal aspects.  

Felix supports clients on the set up and management of internal investigations. While doing so, Felix provides legal risk assessments and assists on data retention processes and data reviews. In addition, Felix has particular experience in advising on post-investigation civil litigation procedures. 

Felix Nehm studied law at the Humboldt University of Berlin and at the Yeditepe University in Istanbul, Turkey. During his legal training (Referendariat) at the Higher Regional Court of Berlin, Felix worked, inter alia, at the Public Prosecutor's Office of Berlin and for international law firms in Berlin and New York.
