A skilled litigator, Felix Dobiosch has extensive expertise in all matters of dispute resolution and prevention, both in and out of court. He focuses on complex commercial litigation, advise on all aspects of compliance as well as directors' and officers' liability issues.
In recent years, he successfully represented clients from various industries before national and European courts, as well as arbitral tribunals. In addition, he advised on numerous internal investigations, both nationally and internationally, and assisted clients in acute crisis situations and in communicating with authorities. More recently, he has also turned his focus to the emerging need for advisement related to ESG issues.
Graduating at the top of his class from the University of Bochum, Felix was recognized for his outstanding achievements in legal state exam. Upon the completion of his studies, Felix gained additional experience in the field of public commercial law at a well-regarded international law firm. Over the course of his legal traineeship, as a part of the Hogan Lovells team, Felix focused on Dispute Resolution in both our Düsseldorf and Washington, D.C. offices.
