Faye Griffiths

As a senior associate in Hogan Lovells Business Restructuring and Insolvency group in Hong Kong, Faye focuses her practice on cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters and brings extensive restructuring experience from a wide range of industry sectors, having practiced in this area in London, Singapore and Hong Kong. 

Faye advises on all aspects of consensual and non-consensual restructurings and insolvency procedures. She has a broad client base and acts for banks, financial institutions, directors, companies in financial difficulties and insolvency practitioners on both domestic and cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters. Faye regularly advises lenders and financial institutions on their options as to the enforcement of their security, and has particular experience in real estate related restructurings and enforcement matters. 

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Faye was an associate in the Insolvency and Dispute Resolution Group at an offshore law firm based in Singapore and is admitted to practice as a solicitor of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court in the British Virgin Islands.
