Whether responding to a government investigative demand, handling a complex internal inquiry, or advising clients on best practices, Fran Faircloth is there for clients that are facing incidents, investigations, or difficult data privacy questions.

Experienced in managing crisis response from the front lines, Fran uses her background in incident response and investigation to help clients get to the root of internal investigations and to communicate complex, cutting-edge cyber and data privacy issues to government regulators and boards of directors.

Fran's unique insight into legal and practical questions about privacy and cybersecurity helps companies better prepare for the next event, including establishing plans and procedures to protect consumer privacy and defend company systems. She has advised clients across a spectrum of industries and has handled investigations related to data privacy, cybersecurity, consumer protection, and other legal issues and statutory regimes.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Fran was an associate at a large international firm. She also served as a law clerk for the Honorable Scott M.
