Orlando F. Cabrera C. gave the welcoming and closing remarks at the Young ICCA Skills Training Workshop on Technology in International Arbitration held in Santiago, Chile on August 22, 2019.

The workshop focused on the basics of technology in international arbitration. Topics included technology and arbitral procedure, technology and arbitral players, cybersecurity, and the ICCA – New York Bar – CPR Report.
