WMACCA Global Issues Forum: Global Hotspot Series

24 January 2012 8:00 AM - 10:30 AM (EST)
McLean, United States

Moderators will include Steve Robinson (China), Imtiaz Shah (Middle East), Sean Harrison (Middle East), and Charles Kelly (Middle East) from the Hogan Lovells Shanghai, Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices, who will highlight top issues interactively with WMACCA members in this workshop format.

Do you have current or planned offices or business opportunities in China and/or the Middle East? Do you wonder what landmines and top issues exist in doing business in these two regions? This first-in-series of workshops will provide a one hour focus for each country on what all in-house counsel need to consider in doing business in China and the Middle East. Legal experts from China and the Middle East will provide insight into the top issues they are seeing in their respective regions that U.S.-based in-house counsel need to consider and risks to avoid. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet with other WMACCA members working in these regions, and share their own issues, experiences, and concerns.

Approved for 2.0 hours of Virginia MCLE credit.
