The panelists will analyze current trends in commercial item contracting and focus on the highest risk areas, including: DoD’s recent push to narrow the FAR definition of Commercial Item; GSA Federal Supply Schedule Commercial Sales Practices disclosures and Price Reductions clause risks; current areas of government audit focus; and risks unique to commercially priced hourly labor services. The program will include practical advice and best practices to help corporate counsel mitigate commercial item contracting risk.
