The 4th Annual Competition Litigation 2012 conference

Chaired by John Pheasant from Hogan Lovells International, GCR Live will hold its 4th annual Litigation conference in London on October 9th.

This years event will look at options for reform at the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills and the current position and future developments regarding access to documents on the Commission’s file.

The afternoon session will include a debate with the motion: "This house believes that the system for obtaining economic evidence in competition cases is in need of a radical overhaul."
