This seminar will examine the main provisions of the following three forms of contract used for major international construction projects:
- the FIDIC (Fédération Internationale des Ingénieurs-Conseils) Conditions of Contract for Plant and Design-Build 1999, commonly known in the industry as the FIDIC Yellow Book;
- the ENAA (Engineering Advancement Association of Japan) Process Plant Construction Model Form 2010; and
- the JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency) General Conditions for the Procurement of Plant Supply, Design and Installation
