Patent Litigation: 2019 Advanced Techniques & Best Practices

In his 18th year as a speaker, Eric Lobenfeld presented at Patent Litigation 2019: Advanced Techniques & Best Practices event, hosted by the Practising Law Institute (PLI) at their New York headquarters on 13 November 2019. Eric presented in the session titled "Twenty-Plus Years after the Markman Decision — Claim Construction Today."

PLI is a nonprofit organization that provides accredited corporate and legal education programs for lawyers and other legal professionals. Eric was among nearly 24 nationally regarded patent lawyers offering insight on preparing for jury patent trials, U.S. Patent Office post-grant trial proceedings, and guidance for litigants. The two-day event also featured judges, who shared their views on managing patent litigation, recent trends, and tips for well-organized case disposition.
