Counsel Tony Lin moderated a speaking engagement on standards and regulations in space at the SmallSat Symposium on 5 February 2019 in Silicon Valley.

The focus of this engagement was the outdated nature of these standards and regulations, which were conceived at a time before global small satellite (smallsat) constellations came into play. The panel speakers discussed the challenges these rules present and how the satellite industry and its regulations will change moving forward.
