17 April 20125:15 PM - 7:30 PM (EST) New York

The recent patent reform debates have highlighted the different ways in which firms use patents and how that influences their views about patent litigation strategy. This NERA roundtable discussion will address some of these intra-industry differences in patent litigation, including the sometimes thorny question of apportionment. The panel will also discuss an approach to apportionment that may appropriately be applied across industries and possible drawbacks of such an approach.
