International webinar: The "gig economy" in Europe and what it means for employers

All European economies are being forced to respond to and manage the changing world of work, but are doing so in a variety of different ways. In some jurisdictions court decisions are testing the boundaries of who is eligible for protection, in others legislation is seen as the solution to the challenge of unpredictable work.

The Hogan Lovells European employment team hosted a webinar discussing the way in which France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain and the UK are approaching these issues, and what the different approaches mean in practice for multi-national employers.
