Insolvency Reform in the UK: The Corporate Insolvency and Governance Bill

After months – years – of anticipation, this week the UK Government published the draft Corporate Insolvency and Governance Bill. The Bill introduces both measures announced to combat the economic effects of the COVID-19 pandemic and measures contained in the initial consultation "A Review of the Corporate Insolvency Framework" published on 25 May 2016.

Our speakers Tom Astle, Joe Bannister, and Don McGown of the London business restructuring and insolvency team and corporate practice took part in a webinar looking at the highlights (and possibly the lowlights) of the Bill.
