Hogan Lovells Joins U.S. delegation to Chinese Cities to Promote IPR Awareness

Hogan Lovells is pleased to be part of the U.S.-China Legal Exchange jointly organized by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the Chinese Ministry of Commerce. William (Skip) Fisher, partner in Hogan Lovells' Shanghai office, will be joining the delegation to speak on patent and trade secret enforcement in the U.S.

Under the U.S.-China Joint Commission on Commerce and Trade (JCCT) Commercial Law Working Group (CLWG), General Counsel Cameron will lead a U.S. delegation to China the week of August 27, during which U.S. government officials and private sector representatives will present to public audiences in Harbin (August 27), Beijing (August 29), and Guiyang (August 31) on the U.S. legal regimes governing electronic commerce and IPR. Audience members will include central and provincial PRC officials, as well as representatives of the U.S. and Chinese business, legal, and academic communities.
