Our third Global Women’s Executive Summit (GWES), held 14 and 15 May at The Savoy Hotel in London, brought together an audience of senior female executives to address topical business issues faced in the boardroom. Keynote speakers Dame Julia Cleverdon, Chair, The National Literacy Trust, and Vice President, Business in the Community; Stephanie Flanders, Chief Market Strategist for the UK and Europe for J.P. Morgan Asset Management; and Lucy Kellaway, Management Columnist at the Financial Times, addressed an audience of almost 150 women.
A number of panel discussions explored topics including managing risk, business and human rights, and the effects of globalization, technology, and social change on business.
