Global Products Law Summit 2017 - Navigating the chasm: helping you meet today’s legal challenges

We are excited to announce this year’s Summit hosted by the Hogan Lovells Global Products Law team. Events will be held in London, Paris, Munich and Milan – each providing a unique offering of product liability, safety and compliance updates from members of our team and industry speakers.

Key topics each city will cover are the EU Commission’s current evaluation of the Product Liability Directive and new product litigation threats, including the latest ECJ decision on the burden of proof for claims brought under that Directive.
