Food and Drug Law Institute’s Introduction to Food Law and Regulation

Veronica Colas will present an overview of U.S. food law and regulation as part of the Food and Drug Law Institute’s Introduction to Food Law and Regulation course in Washington, D.C., on September 24-25. The two-day course explores the essentials of food law and regulation, including pending regulations, food safety, food labeling, and enforcement. Attendees will also gain a comprehensive understanding of the various administrative agencies that impact these industries.
