"Evolution: Profiting from Uncertainty" dinner event

15 November 2012 Hong Kong

Following last year's research study, M&A Evolution: Strategies for the New Deal Landscape, Hogan Lovells has once again partnered with the Financial Times to launch a new study this autumn.

This year's study, Evolution: Profiting from Uncertainty, looks at how global businesses are pursuing growth in an uncertain world and focuses on the development of successful strategies to navigate economic, political and legal risk, including the eurozone debt crisis, protectionism and government intervention, the increasing burden of legislation, and the rise in shareholder activism.

We are hosting a dinner to share key findings of the report, which will also include a high profile panel discussion moderated by Paul Davies, Asia Financial Correspondent for the Financial Times, and including:

• John Corrin, Global Head of Loan Syndications, ANZ
• Mark Machin, President, Canada Pension Plan Investment Board Asia Inc.
• Matthew Hanning, Head of Investment Banking, Asia Pacific, UBS

A regional economic update will also be provided by Ross O'Brien, Director of the Economist Intelligence Unit in Hong Kong.

This is an invitation only event.
