Digital Dragons Academy – All you wanted to know about copyrights in video games world (but did not know who to ask)

Warsaw-based IP counsel Ewa Kacperek and senior associate Aleksandra Kuc-Makulska will be speaking at Digital Dragons Academy as part of its popular series of online training sessions for the video games sector in Poland on Saturday 5 December 2020.

The presentation will focus on copyright in the video games sector, providing young professionals and early stage businesses with guidance on which aspects of video games are protected; how to secure authors’ rights and avoid infringing third parties rights; and how to effectively transfer/acquire copyrights or grant a license under Polish law.
