COVID-19: the continuing impact on employment tribunal litigation in the UK

It is now four months since the Presidents of the Employment Tribunals in England and Wales and Scotland published their roadmap for increasing the number of employment tribunal hearings that are able to take place. Changes to the Employment Tribunal procedural rules as a result of the pandemic come into force in early October and recent guidance outlines the steps that parties need to take in advance of hearings, whether they are remote, in-person or a combination of the two.
