Hogan Lovells is proud to be participating in the 2012 Industry Summit on Consumer Insurance Law & Regulation.  The Summit will focus on legislative changes impacting on consumer insurance, including up to the minute insights on delivering fairness in consumer contracts, the industry's changing legal obligations regarding consumer protection, the impact of EU law and regulation such as IMD2, Solvency II and distribution changes, and examining trends and developments in insurance fraud.

Hogan Lovells partners Helen Chapman and Victor Fornasier will be speaking on 17 July at 12.25pm about ensuring fairness of terms in consumer contracts. They will also be running a half day workshop on this topic on 19 July from 9.30am – 1.00pm.
