Cloud Computing has been a hot topic over the last few years, with frequent claims that it represents a paradigm shift in the IT sector. At the same time, many organisations are continuing to focus on the advantages that can be leveraged by outsourcing of IT services more broadly.

Our briefing will explore the realities of cloud computing and the interplay with outsourcing with UK based expert Mark Taylor and Dubai based corporate partner, Warren Thomson. In particular, this briefing will examine the legal and commercial issues that typically arise in respect of different models, and also address a number of the myths that have arisen in relation to Cloud Computing solutions.

Presentations will be followed by Q&A and open discussion.

• Mark Taylor, Partner, London
• Warren Thomson, Partner, Dubai

Attendance is open to in-house counsel and senior business executives.
