Ted Essex will be a speaker during the "CLE Program: SEPS, FRAND Licensing and Beyond: Recent Developments in Court Decisions and Policy" session at the American Bar Association 2019 Annual Conference of the Section of International Law.
The program will compare and contrast policies and recent court decisions in jurisdictions including the United States, Europe, and Asia. It will provide a policy perspective on the enforceability of licensing and contractual limitations in more restrictive jurisdictions that could affect global strategies in business licensing or distribution.
