Changes in Disclosures on Corporate Governance

There are several changes which will affect a UK listed company’s reporting requirements. 2019 sees the updated UK Corporate Governance Code coming into effect for financial years starting on or after 1 January 2019.

The FCA is consulting on disclosures applicable to climate change. BEIS is considering options requiring groups to explain their corporate group structure. And the government has published a consultation on mandatory ethnicity pay reporting.
