American The Virtual: Security, Privacy and Interoperability in an Interconnected World

Harriet Pearson, a partner in our Privacy and Information Management practice, was instrumental in facilitating the October 25 program “America The Virtual: Security, Privacy and Interoperability in an Interconnected World.” The program, presented by the American University Law Review, took place in our Washington, D.C. office and explored the legal implications of cybersecurity threat responses such as government-industry information sharing, breach and risk disclosures, and heightened network and systems monitoring.
