Partner Maile Gradison Hermida presented on "Managing a Nervous Beast: Navigating FDA Preventative Controls Inspections in High Risk Manufacturing Environments" at the American Bar Association's Ninth Annual Food & Supplements Workshop on 21 May 2019.

The panel explored the Food and Drug Administration's expectations of manufacturers under the new Food Safety Modernization Act preventative controls rule and discussed strategies for handling the agency's concerns in high-risk environments, particularly for ready-to-eat food items.
