Eva Fischbach focuses on intellectual property law, in particular in trademark law (e.g. colour marks) and design law. She has assisted clients from various sectors, especially in the area of fashion, food and beverages and financial services. Having a mother who ran fashion businesses for over 20 years, Eva has been in touch with the fashion industry from early age on. This background helped her to develop a deep understanding of the needs of clients in the fashion sector.

Eva studied law at Bucerius Law School, Hamburg and Emory University, Atlanta, USA, where she focused on copyright, trademark and patent law. During her legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Hamburg, she has been working, inter alia, for Google Germany and the Commercial Chamber of the Regional Court of Hamburg responsible for trademark and competition law cases.
